Shipping Policy

At Darling Dept., we want your shopping experience to be easy from checkout to delivery.

For orders within the United States:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
